Our aim is to help people live as independently as possible, often helping them transmission from hospitals or family homes into their own place or a shared house with others

As a care provider, we believe in providing compassionate care to those who need it the most. Our primary focus is on supporting people to live in their own home and receive the care and support they need to promote their independence. We understand that personal daily routines can be challenging to manage alone, and that's where we come in. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to ensure that every individual can maintain their independence and dignity.

Our supported live-in care service is designed to provide people with a wide range of support needs in the comfort of their own home. We understand that each individual’s needs are unique, and we work closely with them to identify the best approach to deliver care.

Our person-centered delivery operational policy is designed to ensure that we take into account individual personal circumstances and needs to provide the best care possible.

We provide 24-hour live-in companionship to support individuals in their daily activities, providing comfort and emotional support to those who need it. Our aim is to help people live as independently as possible, often helping them transition from residential care or family homes into their own place or a house shared with friends.

Supported living services can be a great option for those who don't want to live in residential care but find it difficult to cope at home. We understand that every person has their own goals and aspirations, and we're here to help them achieve those goals. Whether it's learning a new skill, taking up a new hobby, making new friends, or even finding a job, we're here to support and encourage each person every step of the way.

We regularly review each person’s progress, recognizing and celebrating every achievement and encouraging them to set new goals to achieve even more. Our care path plans are developed and altered as we get to know each person better, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of their history, current situation, and future goals.

We have in-depth conversations with those in our care, their family, and any relevant care professionals, ensuring that we have all the necessary information and have taken the time to hear each person’s views and wishes.

We offer support with the following:-

  • Support with personal care (bath/shower/oral hygiene etc)
  • Assistance with medication
  • Support with Meal preparation and healthy eating
  • Maintaining their home and tenancy,
  • Encouraging participation in community-based activities/social events.
  • Assist in attending health care appointments and collecting prescriptions.
  • Support with benefits, bills, banking and budgeting in general.
  • Support with religious and cultural activities
  • Support with employment, training and further education.
  • Support with daily living skills such as shopping and housework
  • Emotional and psychological support.
  • Support to keep in touch with family.
  • Plan trips  and holidays
  • Encourage positive risk taking
  • Support to access professional support and counselling with other agencies.
